Placed an order for a premium cake and the person who delivered it accidentally delivered the wrong cake entirely. They charged me 200 Rupees for Expedite delivery and Delivery Guy wanted a 300 Rupee tip. Charged me extra 500 Rupees for delivery and tip. The cake was late by 6 hours. Customer service is worst than delivery ppl

I will be posting pictures of transactions and records of conversations with customer service. This company needs to be shut down. Very low quality

If you are from USA or Canada do not use their service. The cake was published as 790 Rupees and it cost me around 1500 Rupees with all the charges and extra $#*!.

Best cake delivery service provider. IndiaCakes is not fraud company. They provide cake delivery on time. I am customer of this company and for every occasion I order from IndiaCakes. I love their cake. If somebody will ask for IndiaCakes reviews I always admire their services.

They will say free delivery but after placing the order they are asking delivery charges. There is no option for reund as well. Moreover you wont get the cake what you ordered. Dont shop!

I ordered a cake, I entered pin code to check whether they deliver to my place or not. After ordering they asked for extra 200 rupees, Then i asked to cancel the order. I never got the response and they charged the amount without delivering. Customer care people are worst than their delivery. They gave me a coupon code instead of refund and when i asked few questions they started cutting my phone saying i am being rude. Worst service. Never order from them.

First of all I would like to start to telling about my experience with this website.In January 2022 I ordered a cake for my brothers birthday.The payment got processed on my card twice but the cake never reached the destination till today. I emailed the company multiple times no response. Then I called them from multiple times but it took me 8 months to get the refund back to me in form of a coupen that could
Only be used at their website which was another Fraud since when I tried using that coupon after another 2 months It used my coupon and didnt process my payment. I tried 3 different cards but the payment never went through as it was a fraud. After I emailed them with the order no they responded after 3 days that ai need to pay 100 to get ot delivers which never said anywhere while I was placing the order.it tell me that there is a delivery charge on the destination and you guys used the coupon and didnt process my payment without showing an error of the any charge. I tried usinh 3 different cards but you guys didn't show an error and now you are saying that there is a charge and I need to pay the charge and then only the order will process. But by that time the occasion was already over. Now I have been trying to call and email the company and there has beem mo response.

The terrible service that I have received from this company beyond pathetic. I have never seen any webiste that is making fool of people openly.Its unbelievable that they claim of delivering the best since 15 years with such disappointing customer service.

Horrible service. Don't ever order through these people. They mislead people with their false advertisements. On Oct 22, I ordered a Cake for my sons birthday seeing all their advertisements in the website. I paid the full amount and selected same day delivery. After one hour I got a mail saying that an extra 250 needs to be paid as delivery. This amount is huge and contrary to their advertisements saying that delivery is free. Anyway, in order not to delay the order, I transferred the additional Rs. 250. Before placing the order, I had specially asked and also mailed them if the cake will be delivered before 7 pm as it was my sons birthday party. They confirmed by mail and phone that it will be delivered. However, the cake never came and we felt so embarrassed front of the guests. No one from India Cakes even had the courtesy to inform us that the reason for non delivery. After 6 pm, their office is closed and no one answers the call. What kind online ordering portal is this? No updates, no order tracking status!

The response given is auto reply, despite sending separate email no response. However if they really want to solve the issue let them call back, my order no. *******.

I order cake on 25 oct but till date 28th my cake not delivered. I paid extra money for fast delivery. Then after same day they ask me for extra money I have no option I paid that too. I keep calling them but no response. They are fake frauds useless

I have ordered a cake from indiacakes for my friend and it was very delicious and yummy. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

This is a completely unprofessional company. Please stay away from it, not to spoil whatever happy occasion you are planning to celebrate.
(1) They do not deliver on time. What's the point is getting a birthday cake once the celebrations are over! This is if you are lucky to get the cake at all, based on other reviews.
(2) Their customer care numbers are useless. They put you on hold indefinitely and then automatically disconnect saying their executives were busy & there would be call back. There is no call back.
(3) They are not transparent in pricing. They send an email on the evening of the day before the delivery asking for additional charge on delivery ostensibly because "the delivery place is far from our center". This is despite collecting the location details at the time of order. Reading through other reviews, I now realise this is their standard ploy to make more money.

They are cheater, they have just made a site and taking customer money on the name of cakes and do not deliver. And when you get back to them for refund. They stop answering the calls and messages and emails. They are looting and this has to be banned and therefore I have filed the case on consumer court.

I have ordered a cake for 750rs. Later I got a mail to pay additional 250rs for delivery. So I asked to cancel the order and refund the amount. Not even single reply from them. I have called more than 10 times and one lady picked up the call and she said I will refund the amount with coupons. It's been morethan a month still I dint get any coupons and no reply to any of mail. Please be aware. Don't place an order its totally waste and worst to the core..

Prompt Delivery and cake delivered in perfect condition. My bestie love it. Highly recommended India Cakes.
