Its been a month and I still have not received my order, I would really like to cancel my order at this point, I have already ordered from a different site and have received my package. I will be in contact with UPS to see how this can be done, it would be helpful if the company could help as well. Customer service just kept telling me to wait and it became overwhelming, I would've been more patient if the site was honest about it being backtracked or how long it would take.

This company have the worse service and the worse business ethics I have ever seen.
I place two orders for the graduations of my kids school, for the first order they just put it on hold because they where not able to have it on time. After a lot of calling I was able to get the order in production again but I was going to get it after the graduation. I keep asking them for a refund for the rush service that I paid and they refuse to do it I just give up with that order already.
For the second order I got it on time but came without the wire stands, when I spoke to customer service on the 28th he said that the wires where shipped already and that they can not give me the money back for the wires because they already shipped, when I check the tracking number is not even working, and the guy told me to give it some time to update.
Today I checked my ticket and they just put a tracking number for the wires, they where shipped on the 28 the day I opened the claim even that the guy insisted that they where shipped already.
They preferred to lie and keep the money instead to give me a refund for the wires and accept their mistake.
This company is the worse, I understand the situation with the virus and all that, but at least if they know that the can not make the deadlines don't take the orders, and if they screw up have the decency and kindly accept your errors and make it up for your customers.
IN FEW WORDS THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRETTED

This company will talk you in circles and not deliver a product. They are over double their extended delivery time frame for my order and I still have nothing. I tried to cancel the order when I knew it would not be here in time and they will not honor that either. I have filed complaints and will continue to move forward.
Lots of designs to chose from, love the option to print in US
This conpany has issues with be honest about shipping. My order was damaged during processing. The ink was smudged and the signs were clearly damaged. The are trying to say it was shipping but the photos will provide my point. Also I only recieved partial order. I ordered wire stakes for the yard signs and was told is was in transit and it never came. Now the company is telling me I can wait 2 weeks. So now I have yard signs but no way to use them. There customer service sucks. Stay away. Also they will block any reviews they don't like on there Facebook page and block you.

I got the mask with my face printed on it. It is so terrible. They printed the face so big the nose is 4 inches wide. Looks nothing like the ad. I would like a refund.
Placed an order on 5/8/20 and was given option for production and delivery. Knowing I had some time I chose the option that best fit my needs and budget. They failed to deliver within that time frame, and we are now a week past due. In the meantime I have been fed false information, I've been told standard orders are fulfilled in 2-3 weeks, 3-4 weeks, and that shipping will take another 3-4 weeks. My status went from scheduled-waiting (listed as such 3 days prior to my delivery date) to in-production only after I spoke with customer service the first time and a ticket was opened. I was informed that there is a shortage of the materials needed to make the item I ordered, yet the company is still accepting RUSH and standard orders for these items and admitted that if orders are placed online consumers are not being informed of this material shortage, and their orders are simply being placed on hold indefinitely until materials are available. In the meantime, the company immediately charges you for your purchase. They use their terms and conditions as a crutch knowing full well that they have no intention to meet the delivery dates they are advertising to their customers.

I ran into a problem with the quality of my pics, so they started a ticket. It would have been easier to communicate via phone, just due to the backband forth of communication. It lasted so long that they ran out of yard stands and it didn't come in time that I needed it.
I didn't realize how small the 12x18 sign would be in my yard and decided to order another sign 24x18. It would be nice to be able to re-order the exact same design but select a larger size instead of having to re-create the whole thing al over. And What if I did like the sign that I received and I just wanted to re-order another one for someone else? It's inconvenient to have to redesign the whole thing all over again. I spoke to customer service about this already.
