To be honest,, everything for me was just perfect. The quality of the tapes they restored was perfect. We chose to take the free download. Because I am working on other pictures and need to combine. Their free download works perfect.

When first dealing with the company everything was great but after receiving the photos and going through some and finding several that I had not marked as wanting copies of I was a little disappointed. I still have not gone through all the photos yet because there were so many and they did not come back to me in the date order I had sent them so it is going to take me a while to put them back in order since I don't have the machine I borrowed to view the photos.

I found an old 35mm slide from the 70s and had no way of being able to produce a photo of it. IMemories did an excellent job and sent a digital copy that I was able to make copies.

Hi Linda, Thanks for your feedback. When we process negatives, our team does charge for and process every image on the negative strip. We do not have the ability to scan only selected images. We do return all of the negatives in the same way we received them. Each group is sent back in their own bags with the labels you had written on them.
