The experience with this company was great from start to finish. Once they received my tapes, they let me know how it was going and when I could view my videos and pictures digitally. They then returned my originals in perfect condition. It is so awesome to have these memories at my fingertips and am able to share them with family and friends. I am filling my second box now!
I was pleasantly surprised that I found memories on videos for myself and others to enjoy. Cherishing gives off loved ones who are no longer with us is a treasure. Being able to share photos and data records with other family members is an added bonus.

I was very pleased with the service. In fact i emailed them before i decided to go with them. And they answered all my questions. In fact, at one time I think i might have even called and talked to a real person. I did look into other services and decided on Imemories. They actually keep u up to date, step by step. So u know exactly where ur at with ur tapes. I was concerned about them coming back with hidden cost, nope, absolutely not.
To be honest,, everything for me was just perfect. The quality of the tapes they restored was perfect. We chose to take the free download. Because I am working on other pictures and need to combine. Their free download works perfect.

When first dealing with the company everything was great but after receiving the photos and going through some and finding several that I had not marked as wanting copies of I was a little disappointed. I still have not gone through all the photos yet because there were so many and they did not come back to me in the date order I had sent them so it is going to take me a while to put them back in order since I don't have the machine I borrowed to view the photos.
You held my hand through the entire process. You empowered me & my navigation skills. From mailing to viewing! Thank you!
I found an old 35mm slide from the 70s and had no way of being able to produce a photo of it. IMemories did an excellent job and sent a digital copy that I was able to make copies.
Fast turn around time once items were received which was appreciated
I wasn't happy with the processing. Shipping with my own packaging. Delays with communities, plus lack of communicating once order was competed. Could be reviewed or.explained better.
Films came out good. Film editing available on site is helpful...only for 30 days.

Hi Linda, Thanks for your feedback. When we process negatives, our team does charge for and process every image on the negative strip. We do not have the ability to scan only selected images. We do return all of the negatives in the same way we received them. Each group is sent back in their own bags with the labels you had written on them.
