This is our 3rd time we've submitted old SD cards for conversion to online access through the iMemories app - we are so thrilled to revisit the memories we thought were lost!

This went fine! We can now watch our videos. Trying to get those 50 characters for the review was the hardest part.

Great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend.

I had iMemories transfer home movies years ago. I was slow to get my photos together, but once I sent them it the service was super fast. The only thing I don't love is (and this just may be me) downloading and/or printing is not as simple. Still, they are finally all in one place so I can organize and do what I want.

No issues experience was great! Would recommend to family and friends

It's wonderful to see my parents laugh and reminisce all the wonderful memories now digitized for their big screen TV! Thank you so much!

Thank you Imemories for bringing me peace of mind knowing that my lifetime of picture memories are all in one place and easy to share with my grandchildren. ( and the process pushed me into gathering them all together and sorting them - definitely memory previews). But as I was reminiscing, I realized how many photos I did not take - so many places and faces I would like to bring into focus as I am growing older. I might not be famous but I would like to think I will be remembered.

Everything went according to plan, just as they said it would. Most of my 8mm films process good. Just 2 of the old Kodak 8mm films did not. I would recommend them to all. Thanks.

Was a little hesitant to use online service but all staff assisted and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Everything on site was self explanatory! Nicely done!

There seems to be a lot of interference lines at the top or bottom of the videos. Many of the videos are very jumpy and the sound is garbled. This is not what I expected for what I paid.

I got the perfect birthday gift for my son by showing him a tape from his 4th year (1976) when only Super 8 reels exist

I haven't seen these videos in almost 30 years! They were beautifully done, fast service and brought my family to tears.

The process was a bit confusing but I sent in my future in-law's wedding video on vhs and a couple weeks later I got it digital! It was great watching it and I can't wait to surprise them with it. Got the physical vhs back a week or two later after that. Smooth process after figuring out what I had to do.

This was a fairly expensive project and it turned out fairly well. However, given the cost, I felt I should have been granted more time to review the digitized photos before having to decide to pay for cloud storage.

This is a sound company. They did what they said they do and quickly. I figured it would be months but when they got into the pics and tapes it was a few days. I'd use them again if I had more memories to digitalize.

On my initial visit to the site it appeared that I was paying for a conversion but apparently only paid for a mailing box, which was way to large for the one video I wanted to convert...! Then had to pay again to get the video converted. I would have much rather mailed in the video myself and then paid just one time.
