My parents took many reels of old video from 1950s and 1960s, so I decided to send one, I know there was some missing but it was good to see family that is alive and dead and show my kids and relive some of those family outings.

I sent my IMemories my slide collection. They posted them online and they will be putting them on a thumb drive for me as well for an additional cost. I did the slides as a test and I'm very pleased. Will be sending in several more orders of photos and will do the same.

The 8th grade version of me made 8mm movies with stop action animation. It was awesome to see them again.

More expensive than I wanted, but price decreased with time. Didn't want materials back but they required returning them. Didn't realize I'd have to pay a monthly subscription to keep viewing the videos on their site, but appreciated that I was able to download them to my computer.

I did not have any problems with anything. Everything was fine. No problems like I said earlier

I'm still waiting for the video to be reviewed( fixed) by the data specialist. I want my videotapes back.

Great customer service! I was able to get answers to all my questions and get it all done!

I would have liked the option to also put all the digital assets on a hard drive vs. now having to download them all or pay for your services.

Also, in the steps to send in items you should say to take a pic of the package label so you can track your shipment. I forgot and was stressing if the box got lost or was not received. Should be part of your checklist.

I appreciate the services iMemories offers, especially the convenience of accessing our cherished videos online and sharing them easily with my family. The customer service has been helpful and responsive, which I value greatly.

However, I was disappointed with the quality of the video transfers. The videos I received had issues with tracking and lighting that were not adjusted before the transfer. It's frustrating to watch these memories in less-than-ideal quality, especially considering the sentimental value they hold. I hope iMemories can improve the attention to detail in their transfer process to enhance the overall experience.

IMemories was quick to convert and then went back and tweaked a few that were jumping. I am grateful for the memories I can now relive.

The process was pretty easy. I loved seeing these movies. Great memories.

I had some old performances from high school on VHS. It has been about 22 years since I had seen them. It was fun to see that I was actually pretty good at what I did! Very grateful to iMemories for making this happen.

Even though the video was 25 years old. It was converted to digital great. So many people in the video have passed on, including my husband. But it gave me joyful memories in my heart. I will always have those memories as well as pass them onto my children. Thx imemories.

I had 3-VHS tapes of my daughter in a Church play when she was little. This has brought back such great memories, since I had no way of playing them. I would definitely suggest others to use this service. They took such good care of my tapes. They were very respectful of them. I am so glad this service was available. 😊

I loved seeing the memories of times in the past. Some recordings were better than others, some weren't pixelated and difficult to see and hear.

4 stars is only because i sent 28 tapes in and got 25 videos back and can't directly tell which ones didn't work? Would have been nice for a sticker to say tape will not play or something easy to understand. Otherwise super happy with everything.

Was excellent and i shared with my friends and they were very happy about the memories that we could be able to see it after more that 30 years.
