The process was extremely easy and streamlined. I ordered 4 kits due to the amount of slide carousels I wanted digitized. The kits came in, the carousels were packed and then shipped out. Everything was easy to do and straightforward. My photo slides were digitized and returned neatly in the original slide carousels! I highly recommend and will eventually be sending more.
I'm not pleased as it wasn't my clear how to download and share. Also, why am I being asked to pay a monthly fee when I paid upfront?

This was the perfect gift for my mom. She never would have sent off her vhs because the risk of losing them, so I did it for her! We had to send in 3 different rounds after finding more and more tapes (overall close to 100)! Each shipment, upload and return was flawless!
The box and materials were sent to me with great instructions. This is the second time I have sent in video tapes to convert to digital. I will be sending in the rest of them soon. The videos came out great!

After dropping off the iMemories box at FedEx, I lost the receipt. In a panic I called the following Tuesday and customer service informed me they were able to track it the entire time because I had purchased and used their iMemories box. It had already arrived at their facilities! I was relieved, and then surprised when the digitized videos starting showing up in my account within days, and all completed within a week or so. Thanks so much for keeping our memories secure in transit!
It was easy to do, easy to view, easy to download the images and videos and save them. My mother recently passed away and while this was very expensive, I am so glad I did it! I got to see moments in my Mother's life I hadn't seen before. I will forever treasure having these memories in digital format. I just wish I had done it sooner, while my mom was still with us.

Customer Service is available by phone, email and on social media to answer and assist with any questions you have. I have emailed the instructions, so you can get your memories saved and shared. The iMemories cloud storage subscription is completely optional. It is one of the four ways customers have to save their memories. You can also purchase customized DVDs/USB drives(s) and/or download and save to your own computers and devices which is no charge. We do not automatically subscribe our customers to a storage plan.
