Don't have much to report, everything was done ok. The VHS tape was converted to digital and my photos were also. The photos were not improved any by making them digital.
I had been looking for a company that could transfer all of my mom's old VHS tapes to digital. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend iMemories. Thank you for keeping my old childhood memories safe.

What a wonderful way to view old videos of your past. I am so happy that I found this company. They do a great job with the editing and every videotape that you send they will make a digital version of it where you can watch it in your phone or tv. You can also share these videos with family or friends! I am so grateful that I found this company.
Dealing with iMemories was very easy and quick. I now can view all of the old vhs tapes and movie tapes that we had done years ago on my computer and was able to share with my son pictures and movies we took of him years ago. I would highly recommend them if you want to keep your memories.

The whole process was very seamless and easy to follow. It's so nice to be able to see my memories in digital format and not have them "lost" forever.
Your set up for ordering would be my only complaint. You don't clearly layout the process and what you can order and when. "Wait 3 weeks for an email and then let us know what you want" doesn't work for me. Make your website and ordering layout more user friendly would be my only suggestion.
Thought it was a quick turnaround. The process was laid out step by step and easy to follow. The only negative I have is that you have to pay for storage to view your files in the future.
My family and I enjoyed watching them again cried a little bit in so happy those videos will not go to waste I'm so happy I decided to digitalize them.

Found a 25-year old vcr tape with a state championship soccer game. That daughter's kids are now enjoying seeing how fast mom could run! It was easy and quick to get the link. Definitely recommend!
