It was like the advertisement was saying! Don't wait. You get a big box, you send, they send everything back and you get everything online in no time!

It was nice to have these memories digitally. The digital quality is poorer than the VHS quality. But not terrible. The shipping cost both ways was extremely high and the service was really slow. Have to wait until the next day after requesting digital download. I would not use this service again. I'll find someone local.

I am happy to have most of my home videos where we can watch them when we want to.

I sent in 20 old 8 mm reels in the first order and 21 vcr tapes in the second order. Pleased with the quality and responses to inquiries.

I have great experience using iMemories to restore my old videos. My videos were rercorded in PAL system. When I sent email with my questions, customer service replied me in two days (it was weekend) with full answer at all my questions. All my VHS tapes were returned to me in the same good shape as I sent to iMemories. I tried to restore my videos with another company before, but video quality was bad and some frames were missing. IMemories improved video quality of my old videos, but sound become become very quiet (low volume). If I have to convert any other videos, I would use iMemories again.

The customer experience was good when I called, however I called about the price for digitizing DVDs. The pamphlet made it seem it would only be 9.95 to digitize, a bit cheaper than a VHS. I think the pamphlet should be revised to show this on the page for add ons and that the price is for if you want to order a DVD, not digitize a DVD. I may not have sent in so many at one time as the difference for me was almost $150 as I had many DVDs. All in all the process was easy!

I am slowly learning how iMemories works, but the support team has been great in answering my questions. My whole family is enjoying it and I have no regrets about starting the process. My only issue is the functionality on the app isnt the same as on my laptop. I wish I could run slideshows from my app.

I have not seen my family videos in 20+yrs! I finally sent them to iMemories to get digitized and it's AMAZING to be able to relive the memories of my kids growing up. This is the best investment I've made to preserve our memories! I'll be sending of my photos next and can't wait to see more memories!

Our videos were converted in a timely manner and we received the originals back without issues. I was able to share my videos with my family. I appreciated how quickly it all transpired.

IMemories made it very simple to do everything I needed. I just wish that they would give more time for me to use the cloud until I get it converted and put into a permanent place

There were some hidden costs in this when you get to check out like the cost to ship back your photos. I also thought they were going to do some touch ups and things on the photos to enhance quality but it really just seems they scanned the photos. They did handle the photos with care - some of the ones I sent were over 50 years old - and were returned in the same condition we shipped them, which of course I greatly appreciate.

Overall it was "okay". I had a 50% off coupon so that really helped. Had I paid full price for what I received I would have been angry and felt a little ripped off. In retrospect, I guess I would have shopped around some more to see if there was a better option/company to digitize my photos

Submitted a broken VHS tape for digitizing. I was surprised that iMemories was able to recover the content. The final video represented the issues encountered with the broken tape at the beginning of the digitized material. I was satisfied with the end result.

So happy I got my order in and can view my tapes online without downloading them all or the link expiring because I do not want to take up all my storage in doing this. It was very expensive though.

I was very worried about sending in the videotapes that I had been keeping for over 20 years. But the iMemories process was easy and they did the conversion and sent back my films in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend their service.

Overall, it was a good experience. I'd love watching videos. I hadn't seen in a long time because they've been in a format. I couldn't play. I got back all of my stuff in great shape. And it was easy to download all the digital stuff to my computer.

I hadn't seen these videos in twenty-five years. When camcorders came out, I chose the Hi-8 formula. That did not become the standard. And when my camcorder died, I could no longer watch them. IMemories converted them easily. I liked the box I night from them to mail the tapes (with prepaid label). I liked how the videos appeared via a link in email as they were ready. And they are so easy to share with people.

I loved the whole experience, however, I wish the other videos I did not choose to convert were still available for me to convert if I choose to later rather than mailing them again and starting the whole process over.

I had old 8mm videos that I no longer had the camera for. I tried to find someone who had an old camera or had one for sale. They were expensive on the internet and with no guarantee that they would work. IMemories was great and made it so easy. I'm sending more videos for them to convert.

I have placed two orders. I really have no complaints. I have called Customer Service a few times, the Reps have been very helpful. Be patient when calling because it could take a few minutes to get someone on the line.

I have had my 6 VHS videos for over 20 years and luckily IMemories was able to convert them digitally. A few glitches in quality, but overall still great seeing all my memories come through. It was also great to share with my family & friends.
