I am pleased with the conversion but I feel like I was mislead as far as the cost- I paid well over $300 for the transfer and will now have to pay monthly or annually to keep the memories available. The transfer to other modes, dvd, costs an additional fee.

I highly recommend imemories I Had transferred some of my videos to desktop after procrastinating I decided to finally send them off to get them all done. Comparing to the ones I transferred and imemories they did an outstanding job. So much clearer.

Quick and easy, I still have about a week left on the cloud., got to everything taken care of

I sent in my items and they were quickly logged. Once I selected the things I wanted to digitized the process was completed in a timely manner.

Loved the whole process from beginning to end, I'm satisfied with my videos, they took good care of my tapes as well.

I was reluctant to use this service however I am very glad that I did! My family and I enjoyed watching home videos effortlessly over Thanksgiving. Worth every penny!

My videos/pictures were duplicated and placed on my Imemories page. The videos/pictures were returned to me. Unlike previous orders, this one didn't have the personal touch I experienced prior. In particular, a discussion regarding my order. I only received an email expecting payment.

I had a VHS tape transferred to a digital format. I found the website difficult to navigate. It needs more information and instructions on the process. It was also difficult to determine pricing options. For a company that specializes in digital media I found the on line experience very underwhelming. The service is also very expensive. I found a local company which is able to provide the same service for half the price.

The converted slides were generally OK, though almost all needed some color and contrast adjustment. One slide was totally off, with weird colors.

The videos came pretty good considering they are fifty and thirty years old,
But there is no sound, perhaps a little music added in background would make it more fun to watch.
I still think instructions with the returned material on how to retrieve the videos on line would be very helpful..

So happy I finally sent my videos to be converted. I was nervous to send though the mail but everything went great!

Only 2 of my 3 8mm tapes were converted to digital format. Rep told me there was some reason it could not be read, and iMemories does not try to fix the tapes, they just send them back.

Also, I am having some trouble with the downloads of my videos, so I need to call iMemories for some technical assistance.

The process seemed to take longer than the first time we used the service. I almost forgot I had sent in the videos - until they were mailed back.

Everything was delivered as promised. So glad that out memories have been saved. I would recommend this service to anyone who has many different kinds of media that needs to be coverted to
Digital storage.
