Most of my videos look ok on a small screen, but if I watch them on a big screen, they are very blurry. I was a bit disappointed in this.

I highly recommend this service. They are top-notch! If they offered a "cleanup and restoration" service that would be great but maybe out of price range for them to offer. I have used this service two of three times in past four years and will continue to do so

I was disappointed on the darkness of the pictures. I understood the dark pictures would be adjusted for more light. I was able to adjust the pictures with more light after I got them on my PC.

We were so pleased with this company. We have really enjoyed looking at our old home videos online. We had them digitized by imemories and now our whole family can view them with my username and password. When they are finished converting the last video tapes that I just sent and we are going to purchase the hard drive option. For now they are just in the cloud.

I am so glad I chose IMemories to download my precious home videos. I had them ship their box, everything of mine fit. I felt confident sending them in the mail. They were downloaded in the time frame they gave me and we are all so happy. Then a week or two later, I received the originals in the mail. Love it. I am so glad I did this!

My family loves it! We have watched the videos several times. But, I didn't know when I ordered it, that it would cost $5 a month just to be able to keep the videos. So, we're disappointed...
