Awesome customer service, on the phone with a person. Quick, helpful; amazing to see your stuff you haven't seen in 20 years just appear on your computer. My long forgotten vcr tapes were broken up into 15-20minute events from tales that had all kinds of footage. Very thoughtfully digitized. I was very pleased with their service!

Earlier this year, I went to my local library to digitize, for free, several of my old VHS tapes. I didn't like the quality of the images though, that's why when I found out about iMemories, I was really looking forward to receiving a substantially improved product. So, I sent you two tapes to test you but when I received them back, I was disappointed because they weren't any better.

It was as easy as 1 2 3. Now I can safely say I have all of my photo and video memories available forever.

I have some with static all the way through. Very disappointed. I expected higher quality on all my videos.

Since my husband has passed away now it was wonderful to see movies of him and hear his voice and singing again. As well as my sons, their family and grandkids. But I do realize I am not a great filmer... lol

I love that I can see the movies that collected dust in a box for over 30 years! I never would have been able to see the 8 mm, and now I can enjoy all of my old movies wherever I am!

Was a little distressed when one would show up to view and then days would pass until the next showed up to view. Once they were all there I was relieved. Overall, a good experience. I found the website was somewhat difficult to navigate for older people like me, but I got my daughter involved and all went smoothly for the download process. Will recommend to others. Thank you for preserving my fondest memories!

Although I couldn't get everything I wanted with my video request, the customer service rep, took the disappointment away with her knowledge and explanation.

Happy to know that there is a company that can convert pictures like imemories does and are so helpful in answering the questions that I had. They responded to my messages and voice mails without delay. They were pleasant, efficient, professional and they know what they r doing. I was very pleased with the results and they returned my original pictures in a timely manner.

The videos came out great. The website eas little confusing at first, but I figured it out. I ended up ordering DVDs because I couldn't make my own. Great experience. Hope to send more. I feel the 25% off coupon should be valid for a month or two.
