I had several small video cassettes of video's from when my daughter was younger. The camera had broke a few years ago and I had no way to view them. I requested the box from iMemories and the rest of the process was so simple. All the videos were converted in great quality and we have really enjoyed viewing them again after all these years! My tapes were all returned safe and sound within 2 weeks of getting my digital files. I couldn't be more pleased with the process! THANK YOU!

Shipping my media was simple and the team provided clear communication as to how long the process would take. I had thought that I would be able to preview my content prior to purpose, but that was not the case. The digitation process took longer than expected; the process queue was quite long. Once I had received the content, it was the quality that I had expected. Downloading the videos from the portal was a cumbersome process. Overall, I was content with the process in would recommend them to a friend.
Well all I can say is that they did what they said they're going to do. I sent in two very very old VCR videos of my grandmother and uncle's funeral. It turned out great! I was able to share it was my other family members that weren't there or that forgot about the funeral and needed a refresher LOL. But everybody was happy and so was I. Thank you so much
Once I received notification that my transferred videos were available I'm having difficulty downloading and saving videos to my iPad. It's difficult to find help for this on the website, I'm not that technology proficient.
The entire process was very smooth. The hardest part is picking and choosing what to send in. The download process was a bit clunking but they rolled out a new version that is improved. Love having all these old memories that I couldn't access now digitized.

So simple! They send the box, I returned with the media. A few weeks later, I got the email and see it all online, and it's easy to share/save. Then my media came back in a box yesterday. Couldn't be more user friendly.
Loved the results. The only "problem" I have is that I'm not sure one of the tapes is mine... I nor my brother or sister recognize any of the people or locations in the film. Of course, we don't know what's on ANY of the tapes since our dad didn't mark most of them... I reported this via phone but haven't heard back from anyone. I also thought the process was pricey... but I guess you charge what you can get!. Otherwise, loved the quality... and the result.

The DVD's from the VHS tapes are very good, so glad I did this. Surprisingly it was so easy, the people I talked with when needing help were so nice. Very patient.
This was my second time around with iMemories. I had about 65 tapes sent in to have all converted to digital. Overall, I had a great experience with iMemories! It felt like Christmas every time I opened a new album in which I forgot. It was very nostalgic... brought back so many wonderful memories from the past. It's so wonderful to have these priceless digitals to watch over and over... forever and to see beloved relatives who are no longer with us. I have 3 kids and am so glad and blessed to have videotaped them at many milestones, special occasions, and just because... just priceless. Thank you iMemories!
