I guess I waited to long to covert my VHS and Mico tapes because either i memories were unable to convert most of them or the online view were distorted.
I had to problem with imemories. I though my video's was a thing of the pass with VHS not selling anymore, but thankfully imemories converted them and now I can watch them whenever, where ever.
Great service. A little difficult to understand process from their Website, but their customer service representatives helped answer my questions.
I can now view all my old videos that were on the apes I could no longer play. Very smooth and easy process.
imemories.us did a great job, they even edited out all the blank video I had due to forgetting to turn off the camera
I was extremely concerned about separating with my cherished memories, but iMemories came through! I never watched the videos because it was too cumbersome to do so. Digitizing by iMemories provided lots of joyful surprises from memories I had forgotten about! Now I can easily access them on my iPad, and share with my loved ones. I was not going to purchase the cloud subscription, but the platform is so user-friendly and I will send more media soon.

Had not been able to watch our wedding dv tape and for our 10 yr anniversary, the manager got it transferred to our account for us short notice, beautiful video and for a great price! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone!
I had 91 tapes that were digitalize. Watching them again has brought so much joy and laughter. Don't hesitate to send one your video tapes, we are so happy we did. Every tape was returned as soon as the project was c complete. Very happy with the entire experience!

I'm very pleased with my experience with iMemories. The processing time, was responsible 12 tapes 8wks for the first digital transfer to appear. Once I was notified there was a digital memory waiting to be viewed. The excitement began. More and more videos became available with each passing day. The only complaint I have would be with the image quality. No where was it mentioned the transfer quality would be poor or determined by the quality and age of the 8mm tape. Portions of the video are missing or skipped, or frozen with audio and then it will skip to the next seen. The digital transfer quality is just the same as watching the old VHS or 8mm tape in its original format. Some came out better than others, if you have dozens of old table and don't want to spend a kings ransom then iMemories is for you. At the end of the day my memories are now preserved to digital and I'm able to share with family and friends. I'm a very happy customer!

Was a little nervous at first not knowing if my old tapes were going to get converted properly but Imemories provided excellent feedback all along the process with each step. Now I can watch and share old videos anytime I want with it being on digital.

This service is exactly what I needed. They made it so easy and I felt comfortable using their FEDEX tracking for my videos. So happy to download and send to my family who hadn't seen these memories years! Worth the money and so glad those boxes of old videos are gone!

I was able to view and share videos easily & quickly. I even directed my in-laws through the site and app over the phone - major win! The period between mailing my memories and them beginning to digitize was longer than anticipated but understandable. Once they began, the order was completed quickly. The quality is great.
