Excited to see old family movies and slides not view for 20-30 years. Disappointed with how to use website, was hard to follow instruction or find out how to do something
Had a video that needed a slight tracking adjustment and it would have been great. Seems as though the video was set to play and not adjusted at all.
Still I am not clear what got converted. Yes, I got some family movies downloaded. However, I had other small cassette tapes that had other music and? Which I have not received as being converted?
Absolutely fabulous given the fact this was a VHS that was 24 yrs old will no doubt use this company again

The time it took was too long. The video came back in black and white instead of color and had to get corrected. Ordered in December. Finally got the video in March.
The 2 stars are for the slides that were well done but still waited far too long.
First time I used iMemories, used a different company before who never caused this much hassle. I will be going back to them for future needs.
I sent in a big box of videos to have converted and imemories did an incredible, prompt job! It was an amazing experience and so fun to see all of our memories again! Highly recommend!

I have the ability to transfer all my items to digital, but didn't want to spend the time on it. The videos look great and I was able to download all of them to my computer. I am glad to have this done.

Your company did 4 vhs tapes for me. They all came out amazing. Family I haven't gotten to see for years (due to passing) were brought back to life. The video is as clear as the day we first watched it on the tape itself. Many memories of my sons birth and growing up. My parents. I have sent 3 more tapes in to be digitized. So thankful. Great Job
I realized I should preserve our memories recorded on VHS and 8mm. I found iMemories and although initially I was afraid of sending my memories in the mail, there was a sign of relief when I received an email confirming receipt. They kept me in the loop about the process and how long it may take. I began to receive emails that a few of the videos were uploaded. I haven't seen these videos in years since I no longer own a VHS, therefore, tears weld up as I saw my children as babies. They recorded every video and sent back the videos after they were recorded. They also confirmed that I received the package. I have recommended iMemories to my friends because I'm so happy with their quality of service and communication.
