My experience with iMemories was good. Customer service was even better. When I needed something I could talk to a real person. However, the whole process took a lot longer than I had thought. Well worth it to see these old movies on my TV!

I'm so glad I decided to send off our home VHS tapes to be digitized! I have been able to share them with my children who are now in their 20's and they have thoroughly enjoyed them! I did have one album that's muffled and you can't hear it but I think that was just the decay of the tape. If you're thinking about doing this, do it! It's worth every penny!
I was apprehensive to send the videos in as wondered if I would be able to edit them etc. when they appeared on my computer since I am not very computer minded. However. I was able to call for help through every step and had the most helpful girls. Not one of them made me feel like my questions were stupid. All the videos are edited and downloaded on my computer. It is so fun to be able to watch and recall the memories. My grandkids will enjoy seeing their mom when she was younger in her different activities. I now have sent in my son's tapes.
IMemories did an outstanding job of digitizing my 16 mm films. They were made in the late forties and early fifties and were very brittle. The digital versions were as good as the original films. Very easy to download to the desktop. I also ordered a DVD to share with family and it was also well done. I really appreciate that you can call and ask for help if you are not sure how to box up your items or if you have trouble navigating the website. My call was answered promptly and I received the help I needed. Everything was returned in the same condition I sent it in.
My movies looked great, but it has taken a long time to get them back.
I was so blissful with the results from the first batch of products I sent to iMemories for conversion that l gathered more from other family members and sent them in as well.

One thing that I was particularly impressed with is a two hour video they separated into 18 shorter videos based on the subject matter. It was great!
I had 10 videos that I was never able to watch and they were able to restore them and put them on the app and make DVD's for me. Totally worth the expense! My kids loves to watch these videos when they were little. We also were able to see my husband before his accident (which paralyzed him) and watch him walk! Priceless!
I do not think the communication is very good. IT took a very long time to digitize my stuff and then everything was dumped in a folder in separate files without it being clear what the chronological order was or what went with which tape. Parts of my videos are missing with no explanation. I emailed customer service and haven't received any response for days. I have no idea where the tapes are that I sent in so I fear this all may be lost. The video quality does not seem great. It would be nice if it were easier to communicate with customer service and if they did a better job with quality and organizing the files.

Although, I feel that your advertising is somewhat misleading. I thought that I would receive the DVD and online access for the pictures. I seemed to me that is what you advertised. Very disappointed with this! For the cost, I feel that I should have received both.
Maybe you should think about changing the advertisement to be more specific about what is included with the purchase.
I have a lot of trouble uploading videos and editing them. When I delete a duplicate it never goes away.
Paid an outlandish price for my videos only to find out in order to keep what I already paid for, I would be additionally charged a monthly fee. Ridiculous.

The process was very easy to send my old videos. They were responsive and communicative throughout the process. The work was done according to their timeline given. I am very happy with my products. Will definitely send more!
Great job restoring these old memories, I made efforts to keep these old tapes in a safe place, as a few were 30 years old, very happy with results, now I can share with children and grand children. Will be a great view every family get together, much appreciation.
