Overall excellent. My older memories are very grainy which is not your fault but I wish I had a choice when that came up. I probably would not have converted the older videos, but it's fine.

I have a great experience while sending my tapes to imemories, converting it to digital format, receiving my order back. The only thing that didn't make me happy is that my order with my precious memories (on its way back) was left under the heavy rainfall in its original box next to my front door. Fortunately, I noticed it soon enough, before box was destroyed completely from the rain. Please ring the bell before you leave any items (in case of heavy rain). Thank you!
Great job putting photos online but it's been many weeks and I'm still waiting on the box of them to be returned to me.
Every I-Memories representative I have spoken with have been helpful, patient and friendly. Just recently I spoke with Lorraine. I asked if my albums could be but on a thumb drive and external hard drive. Lorraine said my albums could be downloaded on a external hard drive, and I-Memories would ship a hard drive to each of my 4 children if that was my request. She answered all my questions and discussed other options. Another positive benefit when contacting I-Memories by phone is whenever I was placed on hold, I could request a call back. I never waited more than 3 minutes for a call from a friendly representative. GREAT customer service.,
I loved the shipping both to and from I memories but was a bit confused as to how to upload, etc. Maybe I am just old - but I would appreciate a little more information. Like a pamplet that says Now that you have received your videos - here is what to do next.
IMemories is a the perfect answer! For almost a decade, I worried about how and who could convert my precious memories from VHS to digital. Finally, I saw an iMemories commercial and I was so relieved. This is actually my 2nd time using this service. Thanks iMemories for restoring my treasures.
