Sent in several old tapes and IMemories did a great job putting them together and converting to digital and DVD

I'm glad I had these done. The VHS quality was getting bad. It's nice to know we have them now where they won't get any worse. I love watching them. I wish the tracking on the old tapes could have been fixed, but the original quality wasn't very good.

It was REAL nice to see my family as it eas 60 years ago. Most of the people in the films I had developed are gone now. Good memories!

I was very pleased with the way everything was handled and processed. When I asked for help, I was given accurate instruction on how to edit my videos to put them on DVDs. Thank you for your help.

I'm happy to finally have my videos digitized and able to view them online. They look as good as can be expected due to their age. But the process did take a bit longer than I thought. Overall rating is GOOD. Will use again.

All VHS tapes were transferred but the naming convention was not what I submitted. It made it difficult to sort out what I received compared to what I submitted.
Other than that, they were all converted, looked good and the originals were returned.

The process was very easy! The conversion was completed quickly. To download them was also easy to do!

We had a lot of 8mm movies that were impossible to watch. The player that came with the Sony 8mm camera was not usable. We sent all the tapes to imemories and now can watch them anytime. It brings back all the movies we thought we could never see again. Priceless!

I am please that imemories offers a service to create digital copies from VHS tapes. I tried to create myself but was unable to find a workable VCR. Even though I'm happy to have these memories and will be able to cherish them forever, I was a little disappointed by the quality of the copies. Several videos contain thick static lines that used to be eliminated by adjusting the tracking on the VCR.

It was so easy to have all of my video cassettes converted digitally! And priceless to see my kids early childhood, my wedding, my grand parents... totally worth it!

All VHS tapes returned without a problem. Digitized versions look great. Can't wait for a rainy day to watch all of them.

Everything was very professional and the instructions were easy to follow. I will be sending more VCR tapes from the 1990's. My only disappointment was 2 of the 9 tapes I sent were not able to be transferred to digital(mold?). The pricing was very fair!

This was a very easy and great experience! I would Highly recommend it to anybody!
