Great experience, just wish there were more editing options. Would like the ability to edit lighting on the older videos. But the ability to arrange and organize a new DVD is fantastic. Perfect for gifts and organizing memories for each family member.

When we first received our pictures quite a few were too dark to view, lettering was backwards or they were upside down. We felt like very little attention had been placed on our order. I called to discuss the problems with a large number of photos and was given a good response. We reviewed the photos and through additional conversations, we resolved most of the photo problems and have just recently gotten the original photos back. We will again review the photos and delete some before getting them to disc. We appreciate the attention that was placed on our order after we complained.
Smooth start to finish. Mailed in two tapes, they were converted as advertised. I'm satisfied, I memories delivered. Thanks
We were very poor when my children were young and had very little film of their childhood. The memories were on old tapes dating back to 1986. IMemories recovered all but one VCR tape... AMAZING! My kids are especially thrilled to watch. So much fun and tears of joy to see our cherished past. I do not have the words to thank iMemories and their caring team for the gift they gave my family. I especially like the fact that everything is stored digitally on a cloud for $49 a year and everyone, no matter where they live can enjoy them!

What I expected. It took 2 months to get the originals back, but when I got them they were as I had sent them.
This experience was very easy. IMemories did everything for me. Very well organized. Simple and convenient. I will be sending all my expired VHS tapes to be digitized in the future. Thank you.
Everyone at iMemories have been so patient and helpful in answering all my questions. It is so wonderful to view my family videos that I have not seen for the past 18-28 years!
I did receive my packaging box very quickly with great instructions. I received my videos, but 2 were not great quality. ( I sent in 12) I called them and they said to send them back to see if they could get them clearer, so we'll see what happens. Very friendly service from a girl named India.
