I found iMemories easy to work with and professional. They sent me the shipping label right away. I heard back from them right away with what the estimated cost would be. I chose not to do all the slides right now and it was easy to indicate a partial order.
I'm not 100% sure but it seems like some heads are cut off that were not cut off on the original image. Could that be? I haven't gone back to check. And one roll was imaged upside down. But overall, it's a wonderful service. I remember telling myself: This is the best $600 I've spent all year. The memories are cherished and priceless-- even the double-exposures or faded ones.

Overall I had a great experience, all went well with the set up on my TV and I loved being able to share them with family. There was one tape that I couldn't find on my app. I already paid for it. After contacting them they said it was copyrighted and couldn't copy it. So they did refund my money. My point was that they didn't contact me and offer a refund, I found the error and had to contact them. So be sure you check your tapes against what is on your app. They didn't give me a hard time and willing refunded my money.

Due to the amount of work involved with the digital conversion of the tapes, we do not automatically refund when tapes contain copyrighted material. We're happy to hear the representative you spoke with was able to refund that for you.
Easy process. Videos started to be available before they were all done. Received all tapes back quickly.

Overall a great experience, but some video content seems to be missing from the VHS tapes with no explanation (tape damaged, etc).

Our team was able to remove portions of the damaged areas in order to get the tapes to play. The process from beginning to end was seamless! IMemories sent me a box with detailed instructions shortly after I requested online. I packed my VHS tapes and shipped them back. Within a couple of weeks I had my treasured family videos digitalized! I only wish I would have done this sooner!

Photos that were digitized look great, some even better than the originals. Service was easy and photos were ready weeks before the promised date, which was a wonderful surprise. Price was reasonable for the large number of photos that were submitted and originals were returned promptly. Highly recommend this service, much better quality of digitized photos than other services I have tried.
