Easy process. They sent me the box to fill and return. Within a few weeks my VHS tapes were digitized and ready to watch. IMemories kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Experience was good. It was a little confusing for someone who Is not technically apt. I don't know much about digital or downloads so I was not sure what to do after I received emy finishedr products. I am happy with theapes befit finished product and glad I did it. I was supposed to get a discount becausei did return my tapes before the deadline but that didn't happen.

We had so many old movies and slides, but we didn't have the equipment to concert them. IMemories did a great job! Our family really enjoys looking at these images from the past.
