I was alittle nervous sending my treasured family videos but iMemories constantly kept me informed of where, what and when my videos were at all times.
It was mind-blowing to see my parents during their young years! WW2 Navy footage, young love and pre-war weddings. An incredible glimpse into my family's roots and American history.
For so long I have watched my 8 mm tapes just sit in my closet. I wanted to watch them with my kids, but the task to set up the camera to the t. V. and search the tapes was not fun. I considered converting for so long, and then decided to just do it. I am so glad I did. The team handled my videos with care and I loved being able to see my results on the computer. I took the time to cut and edit where I wanted and created custom DVD's for our future viewing. Thank you iMemories for a wonderful experience.

I am unclear as to the star rating system since there are no instructions. What I mean by the stars is that the service was excellent. The process was a while in being completed but this might have been a normal time as I have not done this before. The pictures actually looked good. How do I download the videos?
