No complaints, got updates throughout the process, videos are exactly as expected, and tapes came back safe and sound.

Easy to ship and the wait time for conversion was reasonable. Love that I can watch these memories again and again from my computer, iPad, or phone.

Sent multiple different format video tape recordings in to be digitized. My tapes were returned in perfect conditions and the files online have been a joy to watch.

CDs converted to digital but I have not received my originals and it's been 3 months

I was very impressed with the way the partial cassettes were integrated to make full CD's

Had some old VHS tapes from when the kids were young. Did not have anything to play them on. Sent them to iMemories and they converted to digital. I downloaded to memory sticks and gave to each one of the kids where now they can enjoy along with the Grandkids.

Very efficient and everything was done as advertised. I love looking at my old videos from my kids 25 years ago.

The process was a little slow but I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I was able to save the digital videos on a hard drive.
