They do a great job of converting analog stuff to digital.

Sent 11 tapes they didn't do one said it was not purchased with my order, I guess there wasn't much on the tapes, a lot of money for about 45 minutes of media.

So far the digital service is great. Waiting for the DVDs to arrive!

Converting our films to digital by iMemories has far exceeded our expectations! The quality of the pictures and sound is truly exceptional. Some of the videos were more than 50 years old. We are seeing and hearing family members that have passed away. They are being brought back to us by our being able to easily watch our films.

It was wonderful! I received all my movies digitally and I have saved them to my computer. Lots of tears

I thought the videos would be enhanced and they are no different than when I watch them. Got this same thing done much cheaper by someone local and didn't have to mail them in. I did like the online aspect.

IMemories did a great job. It did take more time than I would have liked and the original memories needed some work done for better quality. But the team was very responsive and truly helped us out. We now have our VHS memories back home and all digital copies to enjoy for years to come.

I have been using imemories for about a year now and utilize the cloud service to store all my pictures and home movies. I plan on continuing submitting old tapes for conversion in the near future.

I recently sent three videos to be converted to digital and added to my on-line library. Experience was overall excellent... communication that videos were received and converted was timely and effective. Overall very satisfied with the result.

Essential seconds of our video recordings were omitted from the resultant digital snippets. I cannot find any way to communicate this with the iMemories staff. I would like them to look at the originals again and restore missing scenes, but I don't know how to talk to them. Sad and disappointed am I.
