I got my videos online in a timely manner I was pleased with the quality of the videos.
Price seemed a little high, but I had a lot of movies. There must have been some damaged tapes because several of my videos had no sound and a few had lines in them. I thought I was supposed to be given a chance to review the movies and then comment to see if they could do any repairs if there were problems, but I received my originals back before I had a chance to view all of the videos. Maybe the amount of time given for review should be determined by the number or length of the videos submitted.
Customer service was very helpful. Since I was using Chrome, I had to use a couple of extra steps to download my videos. I loved the ability to split or edit videos. I tried renaming them, but the names didn't save when I downloaded them.

The videos are somewhat ok, but my experience with this service left a lot to be desired it was somewhat stressful, expensive and did not meet my expectations. I believe your company does not takes into consideration that most of your clients might be senior citizens with limited computer skills. I personally thought I would receive a disk or a USB ready to insert into my computer and watch my videos. I had to seek assistance and spend more money to have someone show/help me download the videos as well as to make other adjustments to the videos. Needless to say it was quite a learning experience but I wll not use this service again they did not give me what I expected for my money but instead were trying to sell me more services.
I sent both photographs and DVD's to be digitized. I've received digitized photos, but only a few of the DVD's I sent. I received a message saying that iMemories could not work with most of the DVD's. I should receive a refund for the DVD's that iMemories could not process.
I was so scared to mail all my life memories off in a box. They took great care in letting me know where they were in the process so that I did not worry. The quality was great. I love watching them.

I found four additional reels of Super 8mm film that I was going to send to iMemories. However, the unnecessary flood of emails; the pressure to purchase other products and the inability to unsubscribe from their emails changed my mind.
However, calls to their Customer Support Team were always handled professionally and courteously.

Well worth the money. We have enjoyed many happy times we had completely forgotten about. We laughed till we cried.
I have over 25 old VCR tapes, some labeled and some not. I put them all in the box and shipped them off to Imemories. We were so surprised and happy when we received a message that the videos had been processed. I shared them with my sons and other family members and they brought back wonderful memories. I had the camcorder going all the time back in the 80s and I didn't even realize I had such wonderful memories. I actually have more old VCR tapes that I'm going to send out as soon as possible! I wasn't the best videographers so some of the old VCR recordings weren't that great but Imemories restored them as best as possible and we enjoyed watching them.
The sound is often garbled. Not in all the videos, but in enough of them to make me question if it was the video cassettes or imemories. A lot of money spent for this kind of result. Would have figured imemories reviewed their work and if there was a sound issue with the tapes, I would have been given a heads up. Who knows, at least I can watch them.
IMemories took almost 2 months to get my data transferred and then did it in small pieces over several months. I was not satisfied with my experience with iMemories!
The kit to send all my precious memories off to you was so easy to pack - it had everything I needed in it. You kept me aware of each step in the process and as a repeat customer I noticed that my electronic copies were available to me quicker. I also appreciated the 25% off coupon.
