I am thrilled with the outstanding work done by iMemories, on converting my VHS tapes to digital format. Their service was 10 out of 10. It was incredibly easy for me to send my items over, have the conversions done and then uploaded to my account. My family and friends were delighted to be able to view these treasured memories right on their mobile device. This is such a brilliant concept. I am so happy that I spent a small investment on my family's memories. I am now able to watch 50 years of history on my phone, laptop or tablet. I was also able to download all of the MP4 formats to my hard drive so that I will have a copy forever. Thank you and congratulations to the folks who developed and designed this incredible piece of technology.
Imemories did a wonderful job converting my old movies to digital. It was great seeing some I had never seen before, having no way to view them, and it was equally wonderful seeing those I have seen.

I ended up subscribing to a year in the cloud just so I can have time to figure out how to edit my videos and then download them to a flash/thumb drive. Also the quality of the videos is fairly poor (grainly, blurry, dark) which was disappointing but probably due to my operator error. It's too bad they can't be enhanced or lightened so they are better viewing.
I was SUPER scared about shipping off my only link to some memories.

Had trouble downloading right away. Had to call for assistance a few times. Still not sure about this service. Not as easy as you make it sound.
We had several VHS tapes converted to digital and overall are pleased w/ the outcome from iMemories. There were a few that did not convert very well and iMemories is assessing whether or not they can improve the final product. (Part of the issue could be the age of the tapes.)
Overall, we are enjoying watching these old home movies that otherwise would have been lost and we highly recommend iMemories to anyone wanting make this type of conversion.
Tho I felt a little confused and didn't have time to call imemories, everything went well. I did think I was purchasing DVDs but I misunderstood. Glad I was able to download everything.
Was originally overcharged, have a couple repeats and a photo of a woman I have never met included in my collection. But am genuinely happy to see photos I hadn't seen in years at my fingertips

IMemories was a very easy process to convert my old home videos to digital. I was able to both download to my computer and I ordered DVDs to keep as extra back-ups. IMemories did great at keeping you informed of updates and providing tracking information when your originals were being sent back to you. Very happy with process and love seeing all the memories of my family.
My daddy was 17 when his parents signed for him to enlist in the United States Navy. We found a collection of slides about a year ago. This will be a great mother's day gift to give my 86 year old mother..

I had difficulty downloading the videos. It took me a while to figure it out and sort them out since each video was cut in segments which messed up the order of the events. Overall it is a very good experience. Thank you
