I'm so glad I had all our tapes converted. My husband and I both lost our moms and now we get to see them and hear them play with their grandkids and its priceless. So many wonderful memories!
This has been a great experience and I am a completely satisfied customer. My super 8 films from the seventies look fantastic! Now comes the hard part. And it is hard. I thought it would be easy, but it's not. I thought these old films would now be digital links I could easily send to friends and relatives. But it's not that easy. I don't know how to do it. The directions are not that clear of how to do it. Because I get all these things about albums, etc. I don't know what that is. I just wanted these films to be a links I could send to people. I am now paying for the cloud that iMemories offers until I figure these things out. It can't be that difficult. I am a substitute teacher who does Zoom classes. I know I can do this. But that being said, I going to request a new box to be sent to me so I can have more Super 8 films converted to digital. I will call and send emails to talk to your wonderful staff, who are always so kind, to help me out.
They did a great job digitizing my 10 VHS tapes and 3 8mm tapes. They even numbered the videos the same as I numbered my tapes. Great work! I even recommended IMemories to my extended family.
I was somewhat disappointed that most of the home movies were still so dark but maybe that is standard with the age. Can I save these to my computer and not need the monthly payment to have enough storage?
Love, love love these guys. I have had ALL of my videos converted and now I'm starting on my 1000's of photos. It's amazing the quality of the prints. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. My next set of prints will be sent soon.
I mailed the package at no expense and it all worked well - and easily. I did cost about 13-14 dollars to get return shipping so be aware of that. I am happy with the results.
Very detailed and easy directions. They send box and you easily mark and send the tapes CDS, videos, etc.
Takes few weeks depending on the amount of items you send, but it's worth the wait. You have option to view the results in the Application. Also, you are returned the original package sent to them for developing. Great experience overall! Very satisfied!

A good experience going through the old VHS tapes and all. A lot of them to go through over the years and I'MEM0RIES does a good job of putting these together with music added for effect. I have some more to go through so I will see how many more I can get done. The process takes a little longer than I thought so 4 stars and not 5.

It took some time to understand how iMemories works... QUESTION - I got my video and slides on line and can view... What is the cost to have you put the two (2) video and (1) group of 35 mm slides on a memory stick or thumb drive?

It's so exciting to see many happy moments of years gone by. Especially nice to see people come to life that are no longer here on earth... I wish I did this years ago as the tapes really deteriorate over the years.

It's so much fun sharing these videos with my kids and reminiscing the good ole days. It's also so much fun to see how much the grandchildren resemble and act like their parents did when they were little.

Exchange of tapes was very smoothly done. Processing the tapes was done in a timely fashion. Very happy with the results.
These were 60 year old 8 millimeter films that were restored. Most of them were good but there was a couple that were very dark and we couldn't see.
Service was performed within promised timelines - we had our videos available for viewing and download about two weeks after the tapes were received by iMemories. The quality of digitized videos was at least as good as the original. Everything was easy to navigate and access. Very happy with this company's service.
