I was happy with service it was provided in a reasonable time. I love watching my movies
I wasn't sure if the quality would be "there" for these home movies -- they were taken in the 1960's. They have been kicked around from closets to garage; from extreme heat to extreme cold. To my surprise, the movies turned out very well -- high quality. Thank you for preserving these precious memories and providing a means for me to view them again.
Everything was quite seamless. The web portal is very cool. Was able to share some of the memories with family members via email. I've only had the time to watch a portion of the videos, but so excited to go through all of them and edit/create my own videos. Looking forward to sitting down with the kids and our extended family to prove what great parents we were! LOL:-)
Separately, I just received my video cassettes back, but there were now digital files. I thought I had bought a package that included DVD's that could be edited?

I sent in multiple VHS tapes, and the site only converted 1 or 2, I'm not sure. I believe I mailed at least 18 VHS cassette tapes to iMemories, I was expecting many more conversions to digital. I thought there would be more digital conversions. For the amount I paid and trouble I went through mailing them all in, I'm not satisfied.
The experience has been excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained before hand and everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with everything.
We were thrilled to be able to access our memories on the IMemories app. Just wished we'd done it sooner. We chose to pay to use the app after the 30 day trial because we love being able to access our videos on any of our devices. Great job IMemories!

My tapes were converted to digital, as promised. But where I feel they went above and beyond was the extra attention they gave one of my tapes that was deteriorating. They used special equipment to save it at no extra charge! It was a recording of my mother I had made more than 20 years ago, and frankly the most valuable of my videos. Every time I called them with a question, someone always answered the phone and my question in a courteous manner. I can't say enough about the whole team. The price is very reasonable. It was a great experience.
Needed to have these VHS tapes converted to digital to search for sound bites and use for my daughter's wedding. My husband has passed away and it was important for the whole family to be involved so the convenience of being able to share these digitally made it so easy! Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer

This is an awesome service. I mailed in my old tapes. I was scared they would get damaged if I tried to view on VCR. It was so easy to mail them in and now I can view my memories online.

I was very pleased with my experience. I even sent in a blank VHS tape because I didn't know what it was. It turned out to be one that belonged to my daughters friend. It was a video of her when she was a little girl. Her mother died when she was little and her mothers voice was on the video. She was thrilled because she hadn't heard her mothers voice in a long time.
