Everything about this experience was positive. It's all so easy and the end result brought tears to our eyes. We hadn't seen these home movies in over thirty years. Watching them now brings back such wonderful memories. Especially seeing family members that are no longer with us. Thanks so much.

Satisfied very satisfied but somewhat disappointing. Everything is beautifully done all are clearly visible as clear as possibly can me all of my originals have been returned to me in fine shape. I must not of noted or maybe I read into it I thought I would be getting a USB to talk into my drawer or pocket to share with others. But again I believe that was my fault and not theirs the job was wonderfully completed.

I am very unhappy I wanted all my tapes put on CD disks. I payed over 300 dollars got my old tapes back but 0 CD disks. I keep thinking they are coming. I do not and will not download them on iCloud that is whey I payed the full amount to have them put on a CD disk.

I am so happy to be able to experience memories that I didn't know I had thanks to imemories.

I wanted DVD's of my video tapes and a thumb drive for each. I paid for them. I got nothing but emails saying to go to the cloud to retrieve my material and make my own! I have no idea how to do that. This isn't what I thought I was buying.

Half of the people in the copied films are no longer with us and I am so happy to visit with them once more.

All went smoothly. Old 8mm films converted just as promised. Good turn around time for shipping, converting and returning ordered discs and returning of old film.

IMemories did a phenomenal job with my home movies. It was so easy to order my shipping box and package my movies in and send them right off. The customer service was excellent. It didn't take long to receive my first digitized movies. I received my movies back in excellent condition. I highly recommend using this service. Its affordable and easy and I loved the results. Excellent job, I would definitely use them again.

I really thought i would get a disc to keep with my order. It looks like you have to pay money every month to look at your memories. I won't be using this site again.

Hundreds of slides have been converted going back to the 1950s. My experience with memories has been wonderful. I am still in the process of having more converted.

It cost me some money but! The memories are so worth it! You did a good job!
