My photos were digitized and the quality was excellent - I wasn't sure how some of the old photos would look but they turned out great. The process was easy and was as I expected. Only thing was at the beginning when I ordered my box I wasn't getting any emails that it was on the way so had to call to find out. Also didn't get any email when my box arrived at iMemories and had to call to find out the status then they sent the email to place the order. After that received great email comms. Was able to easily view and download my photos and originals came back just fine.
I will be using imemories for all of my future photos! Absolutely wonderful experience the whole process through.

I had not seen these videos for many years because I did not have a VCR. These videos were watched for the first time in 20 years. The quality is amazing and I am so glad I did this. In the beginning I was skeptical and afraid to mail my tapes in because I did not want anything to happen to them. I am glad that I did it and extremely satisfied with the outcome!

OK. Quality of originals were poor, the age of the reels were older than dirt and i didn't expect more.
