Most excellent customer service I have received. The end product was absolutely outstanding.

This was my 2nd group of tape memories that I had sent to Imemories. Very happy with the quality of the videos that were captured. So glad we did lose any memories from the 30 year old VHS tapes. Now we can watch them anytime we want and share them with the rest of the family.

Best decision I made was to have iMemories digitize our old VHS tapes. Some over 30 years old. Very pleased with service, price and turnaround time!

I was thrilled to discover iMemories. We had many old camcorder videos of our children from birth on that we hadn't seen in years due to the obsolete technology and format they were in. IMemories digitized and uploaded them quickly and now my children have been able to watch their first moments from birth on. I highly recommend them if you have old videos and photos you'd like to update to a modern format!

This was not my 1st order but it was my 1st large order…30 tapes and they were all converted as quickly and as well as the few I had sent in before… then packaged very well on the return shipment. Our family has loved watching our memories we haven't seen in quite some time.

I have had I memories convert about 40 vhs tapes to dvd's. They are easy to work with and I got them back in a month or less. It's great to be able to watch them now.

We haven't seen these videos since we recorded them! What a treat! The kids are loving seeing themselves as babies and my husband and I can't believe how young and skinny we were! Such a wonderful service! Just simply box up our tapes and mail it in. Afterwards the videos are so easy to access and view. Now we need to find the rest of our tapes and disks to have them converted as well!

Took awhile to get online, but happy once they were.

I was glad to get the results of the media. The most tortant part was developing some old negatives into pictures. I plan to send more in. I was not happy about th price. I have about 20 mini tapes and could only afford to get 4 films coppied.
