Very easy to do; customer service was helpful also. Have finally been able to watch our family videos after 20 years! Reasonably priced as well
I was very nervous about sending my videos through the mail/fedex. However the whole process was very easy. I loaded my videos into the plastic sleeves and box provided and after about 5 days, I received an email from imemories letting me know that my videos were received and being processed. They were very good with communication during the entire process. I received all my digital versions via email and I received my original videos back in the mail a few weeks after the process was competed.
The process was easy and I received all my materials back. I had some trouble downloading some of the larger files, and had to do it a different way than imemorizes suggests. But I was able to get them all downloaded and it's nice to have the option of storing them in the cloud.
This was the best decision to use iMemories to convert our videos to digital. We have been enjoying watching them and reliving all those years. Best part is how easily I can share these with my family. Well worth the investment
My order of 54 tapes were digitally transferred with in a few weeks and all the originals were safely returned in a timely manner. I am happy with the results and cherish every moment that we get to relive the memories and create new ones. Thank you iMemories!

I sent in some VHS tapes that were not clear on my player but they came out awesome! I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend iMemories!
I was looking for a way to convert some of my mom's old VHS tapes for a reasonable cost. IMemories was perfect and the product I received was exactly what I needed to keep our family memories alive.
They don't develop film for super 8 but transferred some negatives, they were great quality! A little spendy but worth it!
Some were almost too dark to see and some had static spots. However, some - like family etc. did give me a lot of joy. I'd say it's worth it if i can get them downloaded and viewable permanently. Paying almost $100 and not having anything to show for it sounds like a scam. I am afraid of this happening because the instructions for viewing and keeping the films are not clear at all. I've made several calls. Each time the person on the phone is congenial and helpful. I do write things down but It just won't come on.

I was hesitant to send my videos initially. They are precious to me and irreplaceable. But, as many of you are also thinking, I had no way of enjoying them anymore. I could only relive them by playing them in the actual handicam, or on a vhs machine. And who has one of those!?!?! They became worthless…. So I sent them all. It was a great decision. The entire family can (and has) watched these old memories of our lives. The quality is superb (only limited by the initial quality of the videos). And the memories are…once again, priceless.
Access to online videos that were transferred was great. However, some of the videos could have had better audio and enhancements of that. It wasn't clear on the website, which types of tapes they transfer and don't. So, some of mine had to be sent back to me.
