I sent iMemories 20 of my most precious family movies. The tapes were expeditiously transferred to digital files that were easily downloaded to my laptop. I am very pleased with the results and will be sending them more.
The entire process from beginning to end with iMemories was incredible. The box arrived with clear instructions on packing the videos, the videos arrived at iMemories safely and within a few days I was able to see the first of the converted VHS tapes I had submitted. The quality was surprisingly good given the age of the videos! Shortly thereafter the rest of the videos were also available on the iMemories website. IMemories returned my originals safely as promised. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process!

I have many, many tapes from the past thirty years. I haven't been able to watch them for quite awhile. Sending them in to iMemories was the best decision I made. Now they are easily accessible on my phone, iPad and laptop, anytime I want to see them. I am so happy with this service!

My files were transferred to a digital format that I was able to use to access them on my computer. Excellent! Exactly what I wanted. However, they failed to include the first 2 minutes of one of my tapes and had already shipped them back to me (which they did within 2 days although their contact said they would retain them for 2 weeks in case this ever occurred). They did offer to pay for return shipping so they could remedy that, but it's too much of a hassle for a mere 2 minutes of video. I suggest they review the tapes more closely to ensure they have gotten the full file. Older video tapes require physical rewinding unlike digital files.
I had videos sitting around for years, seen the add for Imemories and tried it. We loved it and am very glad I used them.
My parents are gone and my brother recently died from COVID. Having these home videos restored is like having part of them back with us.

I was not pleased with the resolution of of the digital format that was created. Customer service stated that due to copyright, the resolution was not the same and I could resend any videotapes and iMemories would try again. Lorraine stated that I would be credited for the videotape "Colorado Trip"; which was not viewable. The credit of $11.99 has not shown up on my Mastercard.
