What I wanted was for iMemories to convert my videos and DVDs to USB memory sticks. In their offer, it was unclear to me exactly how I would receive the digitization but I decided to hope for the best. Instead, they provided access to digitized files in the cloud, only available for free for a month and then for an exorbitant monthly fee. I think I can download what iMemories placed in the cloud and then find someone who will convert the files on my Mac to USB memory sticks, but that's more money and hassle.
The digital version is not much improved over the original reels. I was hoping the conversion would make the one I was most excited over lighter/more defined so I could see all the people more clearly. It was from the early 1950's. If you have a process to do that, I would be interested in knowing the price for it.

Having many of these memories on formats that I was unable to view had made me sad anytime I ran across the Hi-8 videos dated 2001 & 2002. I'm beyond thrilled to view the memories from over 20 years ago. Seeing my mom, who passed in 2002, was emotional and healing. Thank you for this service!
I am so please with memories work. There was a recording of my dad who passed away and I didn't know I had. The tapes we clean and clear. To the box that came to send to videos to the return of the tapes. The packaging was well delivered. I took my first box to a fed ex place at Walgreens, the clerk noticed I was sending it to memories and he highly recommended memories, he had send videos to you and was pleased with his tapes. Amazing how quickly I was able to mail in VHS tapes and they appeared in my online portal. Clips were even broken down into smaller videos and labeled with what was on my VHS. This is a gift for my parents for Christmas, but I am loving watching all the videos from my child hood that I have never seen before because its too difficult to watch VHS. Thanks for letting us relive these memories!

Could this process be as easy as it's advertised?!?! A resounding YES! Thanks for making it so easy and amazing! I would recommend partnering with another company that does the "mold" videos. I have to wait for you to send them back and then send them to another company. If you were able to send them for me and offer that service it would be great!

The digital videos were great as I reviewed them with the entire family every day of the week.
A lot of things we forgot about in life were on these tapes. It's amazing to see how young we were and the kids are no longer kids.
The grand kids got a chance to see their parents and grand-parents sing, dance and have a good time.
