I had all my old dance videos on VHS & DVD that I have always wanted digitalized. I found imemories and was so pleased. From making sure they got sent safely, to the swiftness in processing. I was very pleased. The quality from the old VHS is not great, but I'm sure that is to be expected. Will definitely use them again for my photographs as well.
It was much nicer to just get the USB drive than to try to go thru the process of downloading the videos individually and putting them in my Google drive.

The experience has been professional throughout. The only thing I will add is that I would have liked to have known in advance that the streaming access is only for a month. Thereafter there is a fee to continue streaming. However, they do allow you to download for free during those 30 days.

All my questions have been answered. Everyone I've talked to has been great. I'm still waiting to hear back about the missing last 20 seconds of my video. Hopefully, it can be recovered. My review will be 5 star when I know more about the resolution of my issue.
Fantastic! This was my 4th order (35mm slides, Cassette tapes & photos) and they were all done Outstanding!:-) I had specific requirements and details on how they were to be digitized...all done with perfection! Looking forward to assisting my daughter's with there photos...
The entire process is very easy. Please give shipping options for say, a handful of DVDs. I don't need a big box for 20 discs.

Portions of the file was not digitized. When I called to complain, specifically some televised interviews that were of my son, were not digitized because of possible copyright issues. That's okay if that is your policy. But I should have been informed of that via an email or phone call and not just receive the digitize product after I paid for the service; and then when I call to ask why some of the file was not digitized, you stated because of possible copyright infringement. That was real poor that I was excited to see them and nothing... what a letdown. Let me be perfectly clear... I understand you have your policies... but I should have been given the option to decline the service if you were not going to digitize EVERYTHING on the file, I provided...

By law, iMemories is not able to digitize copyrighted media such as Hollywood movies, television shows, and news broadcasts without a copyright release. If the tapes contain a mix of home video and copyrighted material, our team will go through the tapes from beginning and upload just the home video content. It is not our intention to mislead our customers in any way. All of this information is on our website and in the Starter Guide included with the SafeShip Kit. I submitted negatives that I found of family dated 1937. The first batch I received a DVD. The second batch I had to go online and download the photos. Not sure why the difference. I prefer the DVD but it worked out. The photos are perfect! What I did not like about as that my negative were returned several weeks later with no notice.
Fast service. I unfortunately didn't have good quality slides to start with so was disappointed overall but that is not the company's fault
My second time using iMemories and overall wonderful experience. There were a few old reels that could not be processed and came back CNP - I had to dig around a bit before realizing they weren't abled to be processed and not that they just hadn't been loaded into the system yet. A separate email specifically calling these CNP reels out would have been helpful - otherwise, exceptional service and lovely product.
I was so afraid my videotapes were too old but they really look good after 50 plus years.
I just had 2 video tapes I needed to convert. The process was easy. I sent them in and 2 weeks later had access to download them. A week later my originals showed up by FedEx. Thanks!
