They always do a great job! The video is easily accessible and the quality is very good, especially since the videos were more than 20 yrs old.
I'm glad I did it but I'm disappointed in the fact I cant download my home movies to a usb stick or copy the discs I had made by Imemories. I paid for you to convert them for me. I didn't give you the copyrights to them.
I could not be more pleased with how easy, fast, and well-executed my 8mm films from the '50s and '60s were processed. The end product was much more than I expected to be able to have. The cost was also very reasonable.

Love love love everything about this company! Films were converted quickly and our old 8mm were cleaned up. Customer service is great too and have helped me with editing and every aspect of the process.
I had 6 mini VHS tapes that had lots of precious memories trapped in them especially since I no longer had the equipment to view them. I printed a shipping label, dropped the package in the mail and in about a week, I had access to my memories. I was so impressed with the options available so I could view and share these memories with family and friends! I'm so grateful for iMemories!

It always takes forever to find the login for the website, and most of the time the login page just spins (on Firefox). I seem to be able to login ok with Safari. The service is great - saving all my home movies before the tapes degrade!
