Great communication. Good quality digital. I plan to order some CDs after Christmas. Have to plan for holidays first.

Good Digital quality. Could use instruction on assigning digital videos into albums, sorting & editing for storage & flashdrives.

Love my videos that I can view from my phone or computer and share easily with family.

I am not great at the computer. Talked to a customer service rep 2 times, answered my questions, helped order what I wanted, put my tapes in the order I wanted.
Have my flash drive with all the videos and also my original tapes back.
Haven't seen my tapes in 15 years. So many great memories for me and my kids to easily see.

It was quite expensive. I thought I would have the option to view the memories with the app forever. I didn't know it was temporary.

I'm so glad I found these guys. I would've never gone ahead & had my 600+ 35mm slides converted otherwise. I would & will definitely use them again!

I am so happy I finally sent our videos to iMemories. Our family started enjoying them over Thanksgiving. It was so much to relive the kid's first steps, to hear their little voices and see loved ones no longer with us. Money well spent! I have a few more that didn't fit in original box that I will be sending along.

I am so happy to be able to gift this to my parents and have them rewatch videos they haven't seen it a long time.

I am so grateful to FINALLY have my videos converted to a platform that can be shared and stored. Seeing the faces and hearing the voices of my children when children and my loved ones that are no longer here, is a real tear jerker and heartwarming experience. And, it can be converted to whatever formats come along, so generations in the future can also have that privilege of seeing and hearing those precious ones gone.

Some videos very poor quality. I was told that I should have expected that since they were converted from VHS tapes. Well, perhaps YOU should have told ME not to try to convert those because they would be such poor quality.
