My memories (videos & photos) were well preserved for me. I had placed everything in separate bags and was hoping they would stay separated. The folders were perfectly made and archived exactly as I had wanted. They were then returned back in exceptional condition as well. When I had challenges trying to share these with family, their customer service rep (Heather) called me directly and helped me. She was very patient, kind, and supportive.
