IMemories handled my video tapes safely. I received wonderful digital copies of my videos in a timely manner. I am so grateful to be able to see these memories that I wasn't able to view anymore without the old camera. Thank you!
I started using IMemories a few years ago when I had a lot of VHS tapes of my kids when they were little and no way to view them. They converted everything to digital and put them online. I love being able to access little clips of my kids' childhoods without having to fast forward through a whole video. I also love accessing them from my devices. I then added videos of my grandkids uploaded from my phone. I was able to order CD's as gifts for my daughter so she has a whole year of video clips in one place. My latest was sending in my mom's pictures from the last 80 years and I'm going to order a USB drive so she can add them to her digital devices (or I can), but in the meantime, I have downloaded some of them and am sharing them with her a little at a time. Love this system and have had excellent customer service whenever I've needed help! Highly recommend.
I sent my video tapes in and less than 3 weeks later I had them all online! Wonderful to watch and share with the kids. So fun!

The conversion went well and I'm happy with the end product. Logging into the website is frustrating. It keeps saying the password is incorrect even though I have it stored. Every time I log in I have to change the password even though I change it to the exact same password I previously used.

This website has made it easy to send securely, easy to download and review the movies and good average price for converting the movies to usb. Definitely keep using this site. I have used it 3 times so far. I just sent another box for them to convert.
The process was very easy and I recommend imemores to anyone wasting to convert any type of media to digital. Plenty of options to choose from. I only have two issues that I believe could've made it better. The box they send you to put your order in should be free or much cheaper and the website is glitchy at times other than that I enjoyed the service.
Not up front about cost of doing business. The resolution of final product is extremely poor. Contacted promptly by customer service about disappointment.

I've been waiting years to digitize my videos so thank U! I wish you could transcribe audio as I have cassettes that I would send as well. Your price is a bit steep, but still worth it.
