Initially I didn't understand how it worked. I didn't understand that I could share or download the video sent to me. If you don't know what the 3 dots are in the upper left hand corner are, you won't click on them. A lot of older people don't. Once I did, I was able to share. I was able to download. Maybe you should consider sending detailed instructions.
I am so happy with being able to watch and share these memories with my family. I am going to be sending in another batch of movies soon.

I was hesitant. Don't hesitate! It is extremely hard to find a service that exceeds your expectations these days. This is one of those services. You will be happy you made a small investment for yourself and future generations. I sent a few clips to several different family members (kids, cousins, aunt's uncles, etc) and they were an immediate hit. It is lead us all to reconnect and share stories that might have been lost. Easy process; would be a 5 star if it had been clear that I have to have a subscription to view my own videos beyond a month... in process of ordering thumb drives since the digital files don't appear to be uploadable.

IMemories is a 1st rate experience from the beginning to the end, At first, I thought, this has to be "too good to be true" but I really had nothing to loose. I sent in the precious reel to reels of my mother and her sister as toddlers and held my breath. IMemories made every single step of the process so easy and I felt as ease that I had put something so irreplaceable into their hands. Their directions were clear and uncomplicated and they communicated with me every step of the way. Images of loved ones that were lost forever came alive again even for just brief moments. My 90 year old mother felt 2 years old again as she watched the lost memories from her childhood. What a gift!
