I have had a very pleasant experience with iMemories. I know that it is nothing you did, it is what the operator (meaning me) did. Some of the videos are not the best but I do realize that they are old also. I am going to keep checking and see if I can find some more tapes as I know for sure that I am missing one. If I do find anymore you can bet that I will send them to iMemories again. Very pleasant experience, and the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you so much to your staff. I also would like to know what I do now, do you send me DVD that these are transferred to?
Sent 3 different size tapes (VHS, 8mm,?) Just to see what kind of product I would get from them... if in fact they could even be read. These had been bounced around in a cardboard box since 1984. On video required "special attention" (at no extra charge). The videos I received were amazing quality. I ordered a CD of each after viewing them. They were boxed and labeled professionally. I have now sent in another 21 tapes of various sizes! IMemories is amazing. And there customer service is exceptional.
We have enjoyed reliving the great memories of when our children were young!

Love this company! This is the second time I have sent some of our families old recorded videos to be converted. Once converted it is so easy to share with all of your loved ones.
IMemories did a great job converting our tapes to digital.
After my tapes sat for 50 years in an old shoe box in various closets in various homes, I decided to digitize them before they were gone forever. I was nervous, but I did not need to be. I was informed every step of the way... from imemories receiving the tapes through their return to me. I was thrilled with the quality, the turn-around time... everything. Best present I ever game to myself.

It was not good at first because I was told my VHS couldn't be digitized and it was returned to me. I sent it back and it was digitized perfectly! So the first time was a disappointment!
Very happy with memories. I was worried about the content. Get your tapes converted. Some of mine come back grainy. Don't wait until they deteriorate!
