I used iMemories after a poor experience with another conversion company, and I was so relieved and impressed with the result! My only problem was that two of my VHS tapes unintentionally had clips of recorded TV shows, so they did not convert those tapes (although I believe I still had to pay for them?)

Overall was very pleased with the process, receiving the packaging, and the receiving of the films on-line. I was expecting to also receive the films on a flash drive, but that did not happen, so I purchased my own flash drive and put the films on a flash drive that could be shared with other family members. It was good to see films that had not be seen for at least 60 years..

Digitizing my old mini VHS tapes was a Christmas present. I finally decided to do it, despite being worried about the tapes being lost or damaged in transit and I'm so glad I did. I have loved watching all the footage of my kids as babies! IMemories was easy and quick and inspired confidence from the start. Their great communication, durable packaging and timely service made this whole experience a real gift.

The experience had lots of 'awww' moments. Some of the people in the videos had passed away. The quality on some were great but on some... considering we pulled them from the attic and they weren't touched for twenty something years; I'd say the quality was still great! I'm so glad my husband found your ad online cause we found tapes and videos that we had forgotten about. Thanks again for helping us to remember some of the special times of the past.
Sent in old video tapes for conversion to digital format. It was a little pricy, but worth the money to see old memories!
