One video came back with a family clip unrecorded. It was a video of me at 29 that I wanted my children to have. It was in between some recorded news segments. The title was on the label, but I was under the assumption that everything would be recorded and I was responsible for editing out the extra.
Said some of videos couldn't be viewed, not happy because their advertisement on tapes was deceiving, thats one reason i sent my videos and they couldn't do anything!
I absolutely LOVE imemories! This was my 2nd time to use them and both times they were very fast and efficient! :) I will be using them again!
I sent my vhs tapes to be digitalized without knowing for sure if they even had anything still viewable on them. I was fortunate that most of the films came back and I had so many memories. It was scary paying for this not knowing if I was just wasting my money. There were a few videos that came out with bad quality that I ended up with.
This was so easy and completely priceless! I did this as a gift to my Mom. All of her old silent family reels converted into a format she could watch and relive childhood memories!

It's been great - My grown kids love it. Just a few suggestions - can you put them in order of date when you add them? Also when you put the label on them, don't put them over the titles we have on the tapes.
Was hoping could cut off the bad part of the movie film that was unable to see anymore, but was fairly happy with the movies I recieved, would have been nice if they were a bit clearer but suppose that was due to how old they were. Thank you for the effort! Good shipping service, would probably have better luck if they weren't so old. Would have been nice if they would have communicated that with me.
