I have been very pleased with iMemories as a company. They are easy to deal with and when I had questions their staff were very pleasant & immensely helpful. It was easy to send off my old movies though the 2nd shipment I didn't receive tracking info from FedEx, but that may have been due to the shipper. My movies are quite old so the quality isn't great but it is such fun to again be able to view these past moments.

I waited too long. If done years ago the fading would not have been as bad. Imemories did a great job getting 90% of my 20 & 30 year old pictures back to close to perfect. Great job.
