Their process is fantastic. I sent 1000 photos and several VHS tapes and everything was back within 3 weeks.
My negatives sat in an envelope for 23 years. I sent them to iMemories for developing and received my photos back electronically very quickly. The whole process was smooth, quick, and easy.

I felt the overall cost to convert was too high.
Some videos were scratchy and there was no audio, however this was explained to me prior to having the work done.
I was surprised that there were several videos that did not convert correctly.
I had an excellent experience. They were on time and walked me thru the whole thing. 2 of my family members are going to send there videos in too.
The whole process was excellent. The order box had all the instructions laid out, easy shipping and rapid conversion once they received the package. I had to email them to confirmed they received it, but got a rapid reply. Very happy with the overall process and outcome.

Twice now, I have sent reels of Super 8mm film and iMemories has done a stellar job in transferring them to digital. I had a lot of VHS tapes and 8mm movies to transfer. IMemories. Is a fantastic company. They transferred my videos quickly and emailed them me to view. Every time I had to call them to ask a question the customer service was great and very knowledgeable and helpful. I have already suggested iMemories to several of my friends. My family and friends are really enjoying watching the good old days I recommend iMemories to everyone. It is worth the price to be able to see the people you lost and the memories you have had.

Once IMemories received my mini DV tapes, it only took a couple of days for me to received electronic versions of the videos.

Stunned that they were able to digitize one of my vcr tapes that had survived hurricane Katrina. It took a bit more effort but they communicated early in letting me know it was taking longer. I honestly had little hope. But they did it. They got every bit of it. Blown away.

It was nice to have my videos converted to digital format, but the clarity was not as expected. It appeared that my videos was edited and I didn't get my whole video in it's entirety. It also appears that captions were added that I don't recall putting on my videos.Not to mention that, I was under the impression that once you have the digital format in your possession you could download them to another device, I didn't know you have a specific time frame to download the digitals before you lose them, or pay again, to have them stored. I expected more, and I'm sorry to say that I wasn't very please.
