I sent 2 very old long rolls of film and the first 5-6 minutes of each were badly damaged and really not watchable. Is there any type of refund for this problem?
Everything else was great and we really enjoy using these services.
I sent in five 8mm videos and I was notified when they were received. Shortly thereafter, I began to receive emails as to the videos that were uploaded to my account. It was very easy to access them, and I downloaded them to my laptop. I also sent the email link to my children, who were able to download them as well. The quality of the videos was better than I had expected, and I received my 8mm videos back by FedEx. Now, I'm going to do 15 VHS tapes with iMemories because of my first experience. Wonderful experience with this company!
Totally satisfied with the entire process. Fast and easy. Downloaded digital files and now they reside on our PC as well as USB thumb drives. And we still have the original 8mm tapes. Sharing digital files with the rest of the family is easy. Definitely will use iMemories for digitizing the rest of our 8mm tapes.

It was easy, I don't really appreciate paying for the box to be delivered to me, but I did it and now have my family videos on my computer.
I had a great experience with iMemories. Everything was done timely and it was easy to do. We got all of my grandmas old reels and film converted and it is so cool getting to see home videos all the way back to when my mom was a kid!

I'm very pleased with imemories and intend to send more home movies for them to convert/digitize in the future.
It was smooth and fast. With no problems at all. Sent the box with all my cassettes, got the links to download and the box back.

Though at first I questioned spending the money to convert old films to digital I'm so happy that I did! What's a lifetime of memories worth? I had video as old as 1959 that can now be shared with my family. Turn around was within 48 hours upon receiving my payment. I highly recommend!
