Excellent service and so easy! My tapes were airing in my closet because I didn't have anyway to view them. Dropped all tapes into the envelop sent, within a week or two I received all movie memories online. So simple and easy and well worth the cost. Even received all my tapes back! I would highly recommend imemories to anyone who want to relive old memories!
There were many pieces of film that were not converted but the ones that they were able to correct were super valuable. I would definitely use them again if needed but wish they would look over the film once more before they send it back because they missed one film.

I had prepaid for the brown box on Amazon. I sent off my 12 home movies. I've viewed them online. I've sent links to family to view them. They are from over 25 years ago. It was almost too late. I was happy to have a digital copy of my VHS tapes. However, I was disappointed in the quality. I thought something could be done with the quality of the video, but it wasn't. So I just have to be grateful for what I do have.

The process of getting VHS tapes converted to digital was fast and the editing tool was easy to learn once they were digitized. I am getting ready to send in more tapes as I am pleased with the whole process.
