The whole experience was wonderful. We decided to take a chance with imemories to get our home movies converted so we could watch them. Our children and grandchildren have enjoyed watching sweet memories. We couldn't be happier.

I've done business with iMemories for many years now and they are so reliable! I can trust that family "treasures" (photos, videos, etc.) can be sent to them and I know they will give me a quality conversion, that they communicate promptly at every step along the way, and that they will send back my originals (carefully packaged) in the same condition they were in upon submittal. Further - their app is very easy to use and I am often pulling up old family photos/videos on my phone without a problem.
I held on to my tapes for too many years so when I watch every second saved for me to see again, it is so heartfelt and tearfully fabulous! I am very thankful and as I said... it was worth every cent I spent!

The digitizing process went well. The return of my originals were delayed a few days by FedEx. I started to worry, but they eventually arrived. I sent a second batch to be digitized.
This was the easiest process. The videos are priceless and now I have them forever!
They turned out pretty good but every time I tried to sign on from a different computer or laptop it would tell me my password was incorrect. There is only one laptop I can view the files from. There was no instructions on how to download the files to my computer. I have tried downloading them from the laptop but it doesn't seem to work. My 30 trial for the cloud is almost up. Does this mean I am not going to be able to view them at all if I don't pay the fee? I thought I was going to be getting a disk with everything on it. They need to explain things better on how it actually works.
