Loved watching my old videos of when my son was born.

So BLESSED with all the memories going back over 35 years ago that were saved and can be passed down for a few more generations. Lots of memories that my brain had forgotten were brought back. Thanks for the great job you did.

Loved that they categorized all of my tapes into segments that I can easily track and find.

Videos were successfully downloaded and viewing them again after 20 years was fun. However, I have expected to be contacted about transferring the videos to a memory stick or DVD's and I have heard nothing. It is not clear how to have this done without a lot of effort on the part of the consumer.

Was happy to see my old memories come back. Very happy with the service.

Be aware imemories doesn't do a thing to adjust for low or high exposure. Had two vhs transfer tapes from slides and photos that were a bit dark but after imemories they are almost black. Can't see a thing on some. So disappointing!

The conversion was good. A little grainy, but the tape was 23 years old, so it was expected. Nice job!

The service was very fast, which I appreciated. I just noticed that was some footage missing. Not very much, and perhaps the footage was towards the end of a reel but there were a couple times footage was cut off or missing that I know was on my VHS tape. That was very disappointing.

Great turn-around time and easy access to downloadable files. The box to send in my two Digital-8 tapes was a bit large. I suppose the same box is used for various quantities but they did provide packing material to keep the contents secure during shipment unlike a competitor with similar size box.

I digitized 26 tapes using iMemory. The experience was flawless. The images are perfect. The support is tops. We are THRILLED to have these memories intact! I am telling everyone about this derive!

I am now concerned I have topmost more every year forever to keep my videos not understanding this?

I've been wanting to have a lot of our old home videos and family photos converted to digital before anything happened to them, this was a great opportunity and I love the final product. They can now be shared amongst everyone in the family.

The standard process is between 4 to 6 weeks.but ai received it after 8 weeks. Also I paid a lot of money to convert 2 mini tapes. I paid for the empty box and then for the video conversion and then extra for 2nd tape which was supposed to be in the order from first place but they make mistake and then to pay shipping back.
