The overall experience was good. I was hoping that some of the old videos I sent in would have had the quality improved as part of the digital process. They are very grainy from the original taping.

This opportunity got me out of being stuck with what to do with a variety of media and un organized memories

I was so pleased with my overall experience with iMemories! They completed my order quickly and at a very reasonable price, and I am thrilled to have these precious memories in digital form!

I had 34 Super 8 and 4 VHS tapes converted to digital. I was amazed at the quality of the super 8s that were 50+ years old! Really enjoyed being able to see family memories! Great communication process through the site. The download process was a little clunky, but totally functional. Would be nice to not have to do go through 2 steps to download.

We were able to convert most all of my wife's childhood videos to the digital format and access them via the streaming app. The process was incredibly easy and we are appreciative for the ability to preserve these memories.

It took a very long time to be processed.
Also now seeing that o have to pay a monthly fee to keep watching them is maddening. That was not clear to me AT ALL.
With the exorbitant cost, I should have something permanent. I am using southtree for my audiotapes and that is very much cheaper. I should have used them for videotape as well. N

I am excited to have all those memories back! Wonderful all around experience. I was extremely nervous to release my tapes to FedEx and imemories but they were shipped savely and it was well worth the worry!

My experience has been pleasant so far, but I have not received my original vhs tapes back yet.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well my 30 year old VHS tapes came out. I know one of the tapes had some static in it and they were able to fix it where the static was hardly noticeable. However, my VHS tapes that were a little "newer" about 26 years old still had quite a bit of static through the whole tape where I could hardly enjoy the video. That's why I gave a 4 star. Another video tape that was converted sounded like it was underwater so I called and they were able to fix it after running it through processing again. They were very accommodating. All in all I am very pleased with iMemories work and I will be sending in more video tapes soon. Last October I sent in my parents 8mm films from 50 years ago and when I received those back I was in complete awe. I lost both of my parents from cancer in 2011 and 2018 and seeing them with me and my brother as babies and young children made me feel like I was with them all over again. Thanks for the great cry, iMemories!

IMemories was so helpful. Customer service was excellent as they helped me determine what was best for our family moving forward with videos and photos. Even items where they would not be making a dime off of us, they helped me know what to do. We are using the on-line digital app for all of our videos and photos and it is easy to organize while allowing the other family members to retrieve and add their photos/videos. I'm excited since our kids are adults now and we can keep memories in one place as a shared space. It's cost effective with great value and time efficient!

The process is straightforward and it is so great having these memories preserved!

The videos that I sent to iMemories were converted and I was able to see them and copy them to my computer. Overall a very good experience.

I had always wanted to do this after hearing about it on the radio. I'm so glad that I digitized my pictures which brough back very fond memories of friends and relatives. I only wish that I had done so sooner Jim

Amazing having access to these precious memories at our fingertips. Was surprised by the 30 day time limit for cloud access given the price we paid but once I paid the $49 for the next year of cloud service that nagging frustration went away. My husband figured out how to clip and save to his phone and has been sending out to family and friends so they can enjoy as well. Looking to use the 50% off for some vhs tapes now. You won't regret this investment.

I had an overall wonderful experience with I memories service. The staff was very professional and answered any questions. They took extra care of my items that I sent. Only small issue was paying for digital when all really wanted was a transfer from the old to new update on disc. Other than that I'm very pleased.
