This is the 2nd time that I used iMemories to digitize my photos and videos. It took a while to organize everything in order to send it in, but it was definitely worth it!

I put off mailing in my videos because I didn't want to part with them. But in a short amount of time, I received everything back in the form of downloadable videos. What a wonderful way to go back to the beginning, specifically of my boys' childhoods. Thank you for unlocking what would have been lost memories.

Quick and easy process for digitally converting all my old tapes

The whole process was super easy and we are enjoying see our old childhood super 8 movies digitized!

We are so pleased with the videos digitized by imemories. The entire process was easy to do. The packing materials were sent to me. I was notified when they were received. We were able to view our videos just as they explained. Then they returned the videos they digitized. This is wonderful! Our whole family has enjoyed watching home movies from years ago!

We are so please with the quality of service and product. Once we watch 1 film I knew it was worth a million dollars. We laughed, cried and counted or Blessing that we could see how our family has grown and changed. This is a wonderful service/product. I will continue to use iMemories. Thank you.

So happy that I get to keep viewing my baby video without being scared that the VHS tape will be damaged in a VCR player.

I decided to try imemories as a gift to my dad for his birthday. He was able to load up over 70 tapes into the pre-labeled box they send. Once the videos were processed, my family and I had so much fun reliving our family memories. I was even able to show videos of my grandparents to my husband who was never able to meet them. Will definitely use imemories again.

The only knock was I had to follow up with customer service to ensure they received our package (we hadn't heard anything for a few days after the shipping tracking said it was delivered) but customer service responded within hours and started processing the tapes immediately - great service!

What a blessing this company has to offer! My DVDs were just sitting in a box never to be seen! My kids and grandkids have enjoyed thoroughly watching the movies! We could sit all night and watch them over and over! Its a little pricey... but so worth it! Don't forget to look for a coupon code! Thats what makes it affordable.

VHS tape in good order - the conversion to digital had a lot of image noise making it virtually 90% non usable - only about 10% of the digital data is usable

My films were converted quickly and accurately, and were easy to download to my computer.

I loved the process of the service. The fact that they sent me a box, and I was able to package up my files to be converted and sent back was super easy. But then once I received the files, I would have to pay to store them on iMemories. I don't get the option to remove from iMemories storage. I did not like this at all. If I'm paying that amount of money, I should be allowed to have the converted files as my own without paying a monthly storage fee.
